An 18th Century Ornamental Fretted Brass Casing for a small domed topped casket. The sides and domed lid pierced with undulant scrolls of flowers and foliage embellished with punch-work and engravings, and fitted with a lock-plate and swing handle to the lid, 4¼” (11 cm) high, 5” (13 cm) in length, 2¼” (6 cm) wide.
