An 18th Century Carved Ebony Box of rectangular form. The sliding lid carved with scallop shell lip pull below a floral display in basket. The through dove-tail jointed sides carved with pairs of winged angels to the front & back, and foliate scrolls either side, 3½” (9 cm) high, 11” (28 cm) wide, 4¾” (12 cm) deep.*
