The hinged rectangular lid and facade carved with biblical allegories bordered by bands of undulating vine with gadrooned edging to the top and a pair of figural pilaster panels flanking the front. The sides fitted with iron carrying handles. Standing on a moulded base 22½” (57 cm) high, 65 (167 cm) wide, 22” (56 cm) deep.
