The rectangular box housing four small drawers set one above another with cut in handles, enclosed behind a slide-up lid. The lid’s trefoil cut handle reflecting the top of the back board pierced with a suspension hole, and richly decorated with intricately carved roundels incorporating initials I W H to the centre. 12½” (32 cm) high, 5¼” (13.5 cm) wide, 3¼” (8 cm) deep.*
