An Imported Silver Miniature Long Case Clock (no movement) with London assay marks for 1899. The clock case elaborately decorated with embossed scrollwork, sprays of flowers and cherubs. The case dial inset with black enamelled numeral panels. The rococo scrolling pediment surmounted by a winged cherub, with further putti sat either side of the moulded base, terminating on scroll feet, with a rectangular plate to the underside stamped with Paris poinçon marks. Standing 9¼” (23.5 cm) in height.
