Two Early 19th Century Leather Black Jacks with cut out angular handles and double stitched seams. One having remnants of a painted inscription to the front; ”And I wish in Heaven his soul may dwell, whoi first devis’d the leather Bottell’ and ‘Merryweather Fecit’ to the base. 12¼” (31 cm) in height.
