Description
Two 19th Century English Straight-pull Corkscrews; each having a turned wooden handle with a brush and an engrailed cork ‘grab’ above a simple wire helix. One circa 1830 with a decorative ring moulded bullet-shaped handle and a knopped shank 5¼” (13.5 cm) in length. The other circa 1850 with wrythen ‘teeth’ to the cork grab, 5” (13 cm) in length.
