The three part arm bow with out-turned terminals surmounted by a chunky scroll carved cresting rail above a central turned splat flanked by slender stick spindles and decoratively turned block & ball knopped end spindles. The shaped elm seat with attachment to the front, standing on morticed through legs, 29” (74 cm) high, 26” (66 cm) wide, 14” (36 cm) deep.
