A Group of Four Blue & White Delft Plates (A/F). The largest depicting the crucifixion to the centre panel within a crosshatched border decorated with flowers and foliage incorporating a cartouche inscribed ‘JOHANNIS 19 VERS 18 – 20’ and edged in a yellow rim line (restored), 13¾” (35 cm) in diameter. The next painted with five segment panels of fruit and foliage radiating from a centre roundel and edged in an umber rim line, 11½” (29 cm) in diameter. The two smallest both approx 8¾” (22 cm) in diameter and decorated with flowers.
