A Late 18th/Early 19th Century Tôleware Samovar of baluster form decorated with swagged strings of gilt beads on a black lacquered ground. The domed lid surmounted by an urn finial. The round bottomed vessel fitted with tap and raised on three legs with ball feet sitting on a triform tray base with pierced gallery sides and a central burner, 20” (51 cm) in height.
