A Pair of 19th Century Meissen Figural Candelabra. Modelled as a gardener with spade and lady companion; both dressed in elaborately decorated attire carrying baskets upon their heads with associated twin branch candle holders slotting into the baskets. The figures stood on Rococo scrolling bases with blue crossed swords marks to underside, incised B76 and stamped 74 and 29, 10½ ins (27 cms) in height.
