A Carved Oak Court Cupboard Dated 1704. The canopy frieze carved with fruiting vine, initials CTW to the centre and date either side above turned pendant finials overhanging an upper cupboard. The lozenge carved doors flanking a centre panel emblazoned with a flowering plant, with split spindle appliqués ornamenting the uprights. The base section having two large panelled doors in run moulded frames hung on iron butterfly hinges, with foliate carving to the frieze, scrolling serpents to the upper panels and a palmate muntin to the centre, 70” (178 cm) high, 54” (137 cm) wide, 18” (46 cm) deep.
