A Stylish Art Deco Biedermeier Inspired Satin Birch Centre Table. The intricate wave figured timbers bordered by burr walnut bands enriched with scrolling sprays of leafy ferns. The rectangular top with canted corners raised on curved U-shaped end supports inlaid with silhouetted foliate scrolls to the edges and bands of amaranth stringing, raised on scalloped outswept legs with scroll terminals and united by a turned centre stretcher with rosette capped ends. 30” (76.5 cm) high, 58½” x 34” (139 cm x 86.5 cm).
