The shaped cresting rail enriched with a pair of mythical beasts depicted with their tongues poking out, scaly piscine bodies and forked voluted tails, flanking a central display of flowers emanating from a globular fluted vase; the rail’s lobe terminals above shaped spandrels. The back panel incised and punched with a exuberant fan-headed bloom flanked by scrolling flowers and foliage cascading from a fluted globular urn defined against a pitted ground, with a recessed band to the base initialed I.H. and dated 1645. The arms on baluster posts above similarly turned legs united by dovetail jointed egg turned peripheral stretchers and terminating on compressed ball feet, 43 in (109 cm) high, 23 in (58 cm) wide, 17 in (43 cm) deep.
