A Delightful 17th Century Child’s Boarded Oak Coffer. The edge moulded top opening to reveal a lidded till to one end. The front board enriched with carved tulips on foliate stems with voluted tendrils defined against a recessed pitted ground with initial P to the side of the lock-plate. Standing on V-cut end boards, 16¼ in (41 cm) high, 28 in (71 cm) wide, 10½ in (27 cm) deep.
