A Small 17th/Early 18th Century Boarded Oak Coffer. The planked lid with reed-moulding to the front edge and chip carved sides, on wooden peg hinges. The front board and scrolling spandrels ornamented with gouge carving and punchwork. Standing on end planks cut with stepped V-shaped feet, 22 in (56 cm) high, 39 in (99 cm) wide, 15¾ in (40 cm) deep.
