Description
A Fine & Rare Late 17th Century Joined Oak Side Table of good colour & patination. The twin plank top having a moulded front edge and cleated sides above a frieze drawer hung on groove runners. The drawer front divided into two panels by applied moulding and centred by a brass drop handle on ornamental rosette mount. The elegantly turned baluster legs united by peripheral rails framing a central cruciform stretcher composed of wavy cut slats. Standing on turned feet 27” (69 cm) high, 24½” (62 cm) wide, 19¾” (50 cm) deep.
