Two Japanese Carved Hardwood Netsukes; One in the form of a seated grimacing Samurai with cloak swept over his shoulder 1¾” (4.5 cm) in height. The other carved as a contorted Sumo wrestler; scrunched up with arms hooked beneath his legs and fingers stuck in nostrils, 1½” (4 cm) in length. Both inset with engraved seals.
