A Fine Vintage Painted & Tapestry Clad Cabinet on Stand in the early 18th century style. The two cabinet doors covered in a tapestry woven with opulent bouquets of flowers and mounted with a central ornamental gilt metal escutcheon. The sides painted with floral designs on a cream ground. The base enriched with carved & silver patinated embellishments; scrolling strap-work, flower and foliage, a central scallop shell motif adorning the apron and chains of bell flowers leading down the cabriole legs terminating on foliate carved pad feet. 56” (142 cm) high, 33½” (85 cm) wide, 17” (43 cm) deep.
