A Fine Early 18th Century Welsh Oak Deuddarn. The upper section having a run-moulded canopy frieze with pendant finials either side overhanging two fielded panel doors embellished with foliate S-scrolls and flanking an arched centre panel of carved flowers and foliage with initials WR25 and date 1729. The base section with three fielded frieze drawers above a two-doored cupboard carved with twinned scrolls of flowers and foliage to the fielded door panels, and standing on stile feet 135 cm high, 130 cm wide, 52 cm deep (53” h. 51” w. 20½” d.)
