A Late 17th /Early 18th Century Carved Oak Back Stool, attributed to Derbyshire. The two domed scallop-edged back bars carved with voluted scrolls centred by a Charles I face mask. The uprights having scroll carved lobe terminals with cross-hatching. The panel seat in a raised frame standing on turned legs united by a reel & twinned baluster turned front stretcher and plain rails to the sides and rear, 41” (104 cm) high, 17¾” (45 cm) wide.
