A burr wood specimen incorporating a profiled head carving, 6½” x 6” (16.5 cm x 15 cm). An oak furniture corbel carved with a woman’s head wearing a bonnet beneath a garland of flowers, 7¾” x 2¾” (19.5 cm x 7 cm). An atlante apologue adorned with brass studs to the base, 8½” x 3½” (21.5 cm x 9 cm), and two appliqués carved with women’s heads; one with looped plaits 3” x 5” (7.5 cm x 12.5 cm), the other with a crested headdress 5” x 3” (12.5 cm x 7.5 cm).
