A Small 17th Century Joined Oak Coffer enriched with elaborate chip carving. The triple panel lid in a run moulded framework opening to reveal an open till to one end. The three front panels carved with lozenge motifs framing whorl rosettes, framed by chip carved rails, muntins and stiles embellished with punchwork. The sides adorned with further chip carving and punchwork, 23 in (59 cm) high, 38 in (97 cm) wide, 17½ in (44.5 cm) deep.
