The lid having a run moulded framework above a lunette carved frieze rail and three carved front panels centred by lozenge motifs containing flower-heads enriched with punchwork and incised with fleur de lys to the corners. Standing on moulded stiles, 25 in (64 cm) high, 43 in (109 cm) wide, 20½ in (52 cm) deep.
