The underside having a spiralling inscription written in ink; ‘Remembrance for Sherwood Bazaar- etc etc opened by Princess Louise accompanied by her husband Marquis of Lorne Sept 20 1877, 4” (10 cm) high, 3½” (9 cm) in diameter.
