The rectangular top having rounded corners and cross-banded edge moulding, inset with a tooled leather panel framed by a inlaid band of scrolling flowers and rising on adjustable ratchet supports with a leather clad undershelf and twin door cupboard below. The quarter veneered door panels marquetried with garlands of fruiting olive branches and enriched with decorative gilt bronze mounts. The base with swept frieze on cabriole legs leading to a marquetried plinth base, 39¾ in (101 cm) high, 24¾ in (63 cm) wide, 16 in (41 cm) deep.
