The tall backs, winged sides and scroll arms having voluted detailing; the arm terminals capped by ornamental ormolu wrythen rosettes. The sprung seats on carved & gilded walnut bases; each with a deep scallop shell motif centring the seat rail and fine cabriole legs terminating on scroll knop feet united by a turned centre stretcher and shaped side rails. The cerise velvet upholstery edged in piping. 57 in (145 cm) high, 41 in (104 cm) wide, 32 in (81 cm) deep.
