The St Anne’s grey marble break-front top with canted corners above a pierced frieze incorporating panels of Cupid’s arrows tied in ribbon between stop-fluting, and a carved apron of swagged drapery centred by a portrait medallion. The tapering stop-fluted legs united by a curved guilloche carved stretcher surmounted by a giltwood carving of a stag reclining before an oak tree. 30½ in (77.5 cm) high, 29 in (74 cm) wide, 13½ in (34 cm) deep.
