The 1½” (3 cm) thick slab plaster moulds carved with an anthemion motif to one approx 5¼” (13.5 cm) square, and a crested comb motif with foliate embellishment along the other, approx 8¾” x 5¾” (22.5 cm x 14.5 cm). The culinary mould with a row of four carved forms in a dense timber block surmounted by an animal form finial, 13½” (34 cm) in length.
