The cylindrical receptacle having a hinged lid on a strap hinge with forked twin-scroll terminals to the top, and two conforming padlock hasps either side. The lid pierced with a coin slot and centred by a suspension ring, 5½” (14 cm) high, 5¼” (13 cm) in diameter.
