A Rare 17th/18th Century Flemish Bronze ‘Snotnues’ Oil Lamp/Candlestick. The lamp having a trefoil suspension loop with finial to the top above a moulded globular oil font with spout and upturned ‘Snotnues’ [snot-nose] wick holder. The lamp attached to the base by a screw-thread bolt, and lifting of to convert to the candlestick with urn-knopped stem and turned drip pan base, 7½” (19 cm) in height.
