A Victorian gilt-bronze patinated spelter figural inkwell cast in the form of a winged cherub sat on a grassy mould blowing a horn; his curly haired head with hinged lid, mounted on a turned slate scotia, 7½” (19 cm) in height. A brown patinated spelter figure of a celestial cherub hanging from a gilt chain, 6” (15 cm) in height. And a cast brass alphabet board inscribed St Paul AD 1729 to the back, 5½” (14 cm) long.
