Description
A Georgian Mahogany Kneehole Desk. The rectangular top with moulded edge above a brushing slide and frieze drawer over an arched apron drawer and recessed centre cupboard flanked by three further drawers either side. The cupboard door with applied moulding incorporating a scrolling pagoda type pediment piece. The canted sides adorned with pendant garlands of carved flowers. The drawers with groove moulded edging and fitted with decoratively cast swing handles, and standing on bracket feet, 31” (79 cm) high, 34” (86 cm) wide, 20” (51 cm) deep.
