A Woven Rush Basket Containing Treen. The basket of rectangular form with loop handles either side and a fold down rim, 11” (29 cm) high, 20” x 15” (51 cm x 38 cm). Containing a turned wooden pitcher with handle and punchwork decoration, 11¼” (29 cm) high. A small turned porringer with integral lug handle; the bowl 4¼” (11 cm) in diameter. A turned bowl 9” (23 cm) in diameter, another bowl with raised centre island, 13½” (34 cm) in diameter. A dug-out twin chamber trough on a pierced wall mount/handle, 7” (18 cm) high, 12” (30 cm) wide, 4½” (12 cm) deep. And a spinning wheel trough.
