The slight domed lid embellished with punch-work depicting an heraldic lion to the centre; his tail fashioned into an interlaced knot and his front paw holding a flag, encircled by a ring of perforations and punch-work with a band of text running around the border reading THE ARMES OF HOLLANDE 66. The pan mounted on an iron handle with suspension loop to the end, 44” (112 cm) in length,12” (30.5 cm) diameter.
