A Mid 17th Century Flemish Carved Oak Beeldenkast on stand. The top overhanging an upper frieze rail carved with undulant scrolls of husk flowers & foliage flanking a fluted urn. The two twin-panelled cupboard doors above two frieze drawers enriched with carving and framed by moulded borders enhanced with ebonised bands. The door panels centred by ebonised facet cut appliqués and bosses. The fluted half column pilasters surmounted by carved ionic scroll capitals, with lion mask corbels to the drawer divides. The stand having a conforming frieze of undulating zoomorphic foliage issuing husk flowers centred by a caryatid, raised on four bulbous knopped legs with ebonised astrigal moulding to the bulbs above block and ball feet. 85 in (216 cm) tall, 64 in (163 cm) wide, 25 in (64 cm) deep.
