Two 19th Century Country Stools: A Cutler’s stool having an ash seat pierced through and wedged with four ribbed legs, 20 in (51 cm) high, 15 in x 9 in (28 cms x 23 cm). And a primitive early 19th century oak & elm stool having an elm seat with canted back corners pierced through and wedged with three chamfered legs, 18½ in (47 cm) high, 14½ in x 8½ in (37 cm x 21 cm).
