The sides enriched with further carving including bats and flowers, and accommodating two small drawers to the frieze with carved flower head handles, above a serpentine edge, with back and sides supports folding away underneath for travelling. The pierced trellis panel supports on wooden pivots, chip carved with scales and shou symbols, 24 in (61 cm) high [8 in (20 cm) folded], 28 in (71 cm) wide, 20 in (51 cm) deep.
