Palmer Lincoln’, ¾” (1.5 cm) high, 2¼” (5.7 cm) in diameter. A 19th century brass Welsh miner’s snuff box of oval form stamped with maker’s name; Thomas Evans Treherbert to the interior and engraved with owner’s name Harry Sherratt Mayfield Derbyshire to the lid, with a compass rose to the base, ¾” (2 cm) high, 2¾” (7 cm) wide, 1¾” (4.5 cm) deep. And a 19th century pewter novelty snuff in the form of a pistol, 3½” (9 cm) in length.
