A Vienna Porcelain Tankard decorated with an allegorical scene depicting Paris & Helena titled on base, and framed by a gilt border on a pink ground with lavish scrolls of gilded foliage within a subsidiary pale blue ground panel to the back. The hinged lid with painted inside and out with figural scenes and having intricately trimmed gilt metal mounts with a crown finial surmounting the handle, 6½” (16.5 cm) in height.
