The replaced rectangular glass with bevelled edge set in a padded ivory satin clad frame, embroidered in silks and metallic threads with a pair of figures either side. A large oval boss to the top stitched with a lady holding a hand mirror and encircled by wavy gilt braid interspersed with small beads, with tulips either side. The cushioned oval panels embroidered with recumbent animals to the corners. The base rail centred by a sundial, and raised on ball feet, 20¾” (53 cm) high, 18” (45.5 cm) wide.
