The piece carved in the form of a tonsured monk wearing a long hooded robe tied at the waist with rope and hung with rosary beads, his head tilting to raise the phallus, triggering the opening below a stopper to release a dose of snuff, (mechanism A/F), 5” (13 cm) in height.
