The decorative oval dial signed E.GÜBELIN LUCERNE, and centred by a patera motif, set in a pale rose-pompadour pink guilloche enamelled surround suspended from a silver gilt pendant garlands of acanthus tied in a ribbon bow to the top. The back of the case stamped 1941 STYLO Argent 0.935 Sterling Silver, the movement numbered 2217628, 7½” (19 cm) in length. Fitted in a velvet lined presentation case with decorative gilt border.
