The pierced back splats with interlaced strap-work incorporating a fanned motif above pendant bell-flowers to the centre and carved leafy flourishes either side beneath a sweeping foliate-carved top rail on moulded uprights. The upholstered serpentine-front seats covered in ‘old-gold’ velvet raised on square moulded legs with leafy corner brackets and H-form stretchers. 37½” (95 cm) high, the seats 18” (46 cm) high, 22” (56 cm) wide.
