Description
A 17th Century Carved Oak Overmantel adapted from a section of bed panelling. The piece with two recessed arcaded panels enriched with flowering plants; each issuing a fanned bloom, defined against a recessed pitted ground. The gadrooned twin-arch canopy on palmate pilasters above a candle ledge, 23 in (58.5 cm) high, 42½ in (108 cm) wide.
