The mosaic inlay made up of turquoise, mother of pearl, jet and spondylus with a typical chequer board edge to the bottom of the kilt. The character is set in hand-punched raindrop beading reminiscent of wagon wheels, and shows coiled wire ear embellishments. The piece was previously in the Shiprock Gallery, Santa Fe, USA. Approx. 9.5 cm tall.
