An 18th Century Ash & Elm Comb-back Cabriole-legged Windsor Armchair attributed to the Thames Valley. The shaped cresting rail with lobe terminals above a long central shaped splat flanked by four long spindles and side splats piercing the bentwood armbow; with six further underarm spindles and supporting end splats. The elm seat on cabriole front legs with pad foot terminals, connected to the turned rear legs by a H-form stretcher, 47½ in (121 cm) high, 22½ in (57 cm) wide.
