A Pair of 16th Century Style Carved Oak Terms. The curly-haired caryatid figures dressed in tight button-fronted jackets with high ruff collars and bearing scrolled capitals on their heads. Their bodies rising from scroll edged pilasters festooned in drapery and hung with pendant fruit garlands, 24 ins x 4½ ins (61 cms x 11.5 cms).
