The implements comprising of scissors, thimble, bodkin needle, bodkin case, stiletto awl, folding knife and propelling pencil. The gilt hinge stamped marked BREVETE S.G.D.G.''; a common abbreviation for ''Breveté Sans Garantie Du Gouvernement'' (patent without government guarantees).

The cylindrical wrythen fluted scent bottle hallmarked London 1888 with Sampson Mordan & Co (Sampson Mordan II) maker's punch and a date registration kite mark to the gilt interior of the hinged lid, 3'' (7.5 cm) in height. The ornamental silver hair comb by P Bash & Co. decoratively pierced and engraved with foliate scrolls and having three twisted prongs, hallmarked Birmingham 1904.
