    A Fabulous 19th Century Chinese Pierced & Carved Ivory Casket meticulously worked in exquisite detail with shaped panels depicting figural scenes on an intricate lacy trellis ground. The hinges lid bordered with foliate bands. The front fitted with a lock and key. The base having a pierced frieze of undulating foliate scrolls with face masks to the corner posts above stylised paw feetm 3'' (7.5 cm) high, 9 (24 cm) wide, 3½'' (9 cm) deep.
